This notice explains what happens to the details you share with KMS Corporate Services Provider LLC through this website, and what you can ask us to do with them.

What this website collects
The website has no accounts and never sends what you type into the consultation form anywhere by itself. While you fill it in, your browser keeps a copy on your own device, so a reload doesn’t lose it; that copy is deleted when you send the message or close the tab, and it never reaches us. When you press Book my free consultation, your device opens WhatsApp with a message made from what you entered: your name, company, email or phone number, the service you need, a preferred day and time, and any notes. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.
Once you send it, the message comes to us through WhatsApp, which is run by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy. If you choose to send it by email instead, your email app opens with the same message, and nothing is sent until you send it there. If you email or call us, we receive what you tell us there.
How we use your details
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To provide the services you ask us for.
- To keep the records UAE law requires.
We do not sell your details. When it is needed to deliver a service you ask for, we share only what is required with the relevant government authorities, banks or partners, for example for a licence application, a bank account or an audit through our audit partners.
How long we keep them
For as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and for as long as UAE law requires us to keep records.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies. Your browser remembers a few things on your own device, and none of them is sent to us: whether you turned on the background sound, the form draft described above, how quickly your device prepared the 3D last time (so the page can open faster next time), and a copy of the website’s own pages, pictures and code, so it opens faster on your next visit and the pages you have seen open without a connection. That copy holds nothing you typed. The website’s fonts and code are served from this site itself, not from other services.
Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Email support@knightmove.ae and we will reply within one business day.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
